With more than 40 years of legal and business experience, Steve puts a unique background to work for clients. As General Counsel and subsequently President of Aisenstein & Gordon, Inc., a mid-sized distributor and importer of consumer products, he was responsible for strategic planning and overseeing all operating departments. Under his leadership, the company increased sales and profits, expanded its market area, established new product lines, and introduced innovative technology and logistical operations.
Steve brings extensive, hands-on experience to both the operational and legal challenges of managing a modern business, including corporate governance, tax planning, insurance, technology onboarding, organizational set-up, shareholder negotiations, contract negotiations, human resources and products distribution. At Leibowitz Law, Steve manages all firm operations and advises clients on a variety of issues, including insurance, ethics, corporate structure, human resources and negotiations strategy.
