Katherine Leibowitz Presenting on How to Update your CTAs to Keep Pace with Evolving Technologies – May 20th at MAGI 2025 Clinical Research Conference

We are delighted to announce that Katherine Leibowitz will present a comprehensive discussion on how emerging technologies are transforming risk mitigation and operational provisions in clinical trial agreements.   Katherine will co-present this timely topic with Wesley Warren of City of Hope.  Katherine’s and Wesley’s session will explore how technology changes affect cybersecurity, secondary data use, artificial intelligence, and remote monitoring provisions, culminating in a deep dive into indemnification and limitation of liability. Participants will gain insights into what constitutes reasonable versus unreasonable terms and learn practical strategies for implementing effect safeguards to protect their organizations.

In addition, if you’re new to CTAs or want to take your game to the next level, Katherine will be moderating a session that is near and dear to her heart – the Clinical Trial Agreement Workshop Part 1.  Learn all about CTA provisions from a terrific slate of veteran speakers.

Please join the conference in Boston, Massachusetts, from May 18-21, 2025.

Our Technology session is on Tuesday, May 20th, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  ET.
