Katherine Leibowitz Presenting on Indemnification on October 17th at MAGI@home Fall 2023 Clinical Research Conference

We are delighted to announce that Katherine Leibowitz will be diving headlong into one of Leibowitz Law’s favorite topics – indemnification – at the upcoming MAGI@home Clinical Research Conference.  Katherine will co-present this challenging topic with Conor Flynn of SUNY Buffalo.  Contracting parties spend tremendous amounts of time negotiating indemnification provisions.  Katherine’s and Conor’s session is designed to break the provision down into manageable bites to give you a deeper understanding of what the language means, important factors to consider and how to negotiate these provisions successfully.
