We are delighted to announce that Katherine Leibowitz will once again be diving headlong into one of Leibowitz Law’s favorite topics – indemnification – at the upcoming MAGI 2024 Clinical Research Conference in New Orleans.  Katherine will co-present this challenging topic with Leanne Tran of JD MD Solutions.  Contracting parties spend tremendous amounts of time negotiating indemnification provisions.  Katherine’s and Leanne’s session is designed to break the provision down into manageable bites to give you a deeper understanding of what the language means, important factors to consider and how to negotiate these provisions successfully.
