Katherine Leibowitz Presenting on Cyber Risk at MAGI Spring 2022 Clinical Research Hybrid Conference

Katherine Leibowitz will be co-presenting the “Cyberliability and Finding the Balance on Data Security” session at the upcoming MAGI Clinical Research Hybrid Conference.  Katherine’s co-presenters are Rebecca Rakoski of XPAN Law Partners and Bill Roberts of Day Pitney LLP.  The session’s three dynamic speakers will discuss why and how you should care about cyber risk in your clinical trial agreements and vendor contracts.

As technology and clinical trials continue to converge, the speakers will begin with a case study and overview of trending state laws followed by a deep dive into contract provisions, including sample language and what to watch out for

The hybrid in-person and virtual conference runs from May 1 – 4, 2022, in Boston, Massachusetts.  All presenters will attend in person.

Our Cyberliability session is on May 3^rd from 10:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  There will be Q&A to answer your questions directly.

Katherine will also be chairing the “Unanticipated Problems & Adverse Events” session and will moderate the Q&A.  The AE session is on May 2^nd from 2:15 – 3 p.m.
