It’s back to school time! Get started with the week-long MAGI conference. We are delighted to announce that Katherine Leibowitz will present on clinical trial agreements at the upcoming MAGI@home Clinical Research Conference.  Join Katherine and her colleagues, Conor Flynn and Wesley Warren, for Part Three of this three-part workshop that dives into all the components of a clinical trial agreement. Katherine’s session will discuss the “Big 4” (indemnification, limitation of liability, insurance and subject injury) as well as standard terms like assignment of rights and force majeure.
