With over 40 years of legal and business experience, Steve brings a unique blend of insight and practical expertise to his clients. As General Counsel and later President of Aisenstein & Gordon, Inc., a mid-sized distributor and importer of consumer products, Steve led strategic planning and oversaw all operating departments. During his tenure, the company achieved significant growth in sales and profits, expanded its market reach, launched new product lines, and introduced advanced technology and logistical innovations.
Steve’s extensive hands-on experience spans the operational and legal challenges of modern business, including corporate governance, tax planning, insurance, technology implementation, organizational structure, shareholder and contract negotiations, human resources, and product distribution. At Leibowitz Law, he oversees firm operations and advises clients on issues such as insurance, ethics, corporate structure, human resources, and negotiation strategies.
